DELIVERY & RETURNS

Here at Dylan Joel, we pride ourselves in our exceptional personalised customer service ensuring everyone is satisfied. We are proud to let you know that we can deliver to anywhere in the UK & worldwide.

UK DELIVERY

  • All UK mainland orders will be posted Royal Mail signed for. This usually takes 2-4 working days to deliver.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch. 

  • £3.99 for UK mainland orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE & USA) DELIVERY

  • All Europe & USA orders will be posted Royal Mail international. This usually takes 7-18 working days to deliver.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.

  • £14.99 for Europe & USA orders.

  • Please note: there will be import duty charges at the customers expense for any orders outside the EU, once delivered to the designated address.

INTERNATIONAL (REST OF THE WORLD) DELIVERY

  • All international (rest of the world) orders will be posted Royal Mail international. This usually takes 14--21 working days to deliver.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.

  • £14.99 for international (rest of the world) orders.

  • Please note: there will be import duty charges at the customers expense for any orders outside the EU, once delivered to the designated address.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Dylan Joel are happy to provide a refund within 28 days of purchase for any unsuitable items, provided there are no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • To return to our warehouse, just email us at the address below and let us know what you want to return and why, our team will guide you from there. 

  • Please allow up to two weeks to receive your refund for the items from the date of return. 

  • Please note: Items returned are at posted at your expense, unless proven faulty.

  • Purchased Item(s) cannot be returned if sole purpose is for a photoshoot/single use, items must be not used and show no signs of damage
